Katy is an artist, ceremonialist, facilitator, healer, and a guide for many of life’s precious thresholds. This coming Spring she will complete her degree in Naturopathic Medicine and will soon begin serving clients virtually as a Naturopathic Doctor this spring. Alongside her professional medical training, she has spent the past several years completing an apprenticeship in home-birth midwifery. With over 850 hours of study and hands-on experience supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, she will complete her apprenticeship with a certificate in Natural Childbirth, allowing her to attend home births as a midwife.
At the heart of Katy’s work is her devotion to community, embodiment, and earth-based wisdom. She facilitates virtual and in-person events, gatherings, retreats, and educational offerings that invite individuals to listen deeply to their bodies and the wisdom of our plant allies.
Offerings currently include upcoming 2026 Women’s Artist Residency in Italy, in-person ceramics ceremonies, specialized herbal care, doula services, and handmade ceramic art—each infused with their loving ritual and intention. Each offering its own avenue to hold space for those seeking deeper connection to themselves, to nature, and to the sacred threads that weave us all together.

private sessions
These private sessions are a mix of naturopathic and herbal care, gentle mentorship, and a place to tend the body and the unseen layers beneath it. My primary work with women is in their reproductive years, in seasons of fertility, preconception, postpartum, and every layer of deep recalibration that comes with it. I blend naturopathic medicine, holistic women’s health, herbalism, as well as my own intuitive gifts and meditative guidance.
We will listen to your body’s rhythms, your cycles, your nervous system, and also your personal intuitive forces to guide and honor the threads that shape your health.
While some sessions are practical and more logistically medicine and resource-focused, others may be slower and explore your deeper more energetic layers. My role is to offer guidance and wisdom from my decades of study but also to reflect your own wisdom back to you.

Each of Katy’s pieces is inspired by nature and the rhythms alive inside each of the abundant Cycles and Seasons flowing around us at any given time. Each of the elements are woven together from the very first steps in their most natural raw form, to the color-rich glazes melted at temperatures up to 2000 degrees in their firings.

Smoking this blend is a very uplifting experience. I've tried it both by itself and mixing it with cannabis, but I think I really prefer it by itself. It's great right before bed because it helps me sleep, but also foesn't make me phlegm-y or wheezy like cannabis can. It has a nice floral/earthy taste and scent without being overwhelming to the senses. They have also been helpful during the day when I can't/don't want to use cannabis, to curve some daily stress while still staying present.
